The Estate Agency of the Year Awards 2014 in association with The Sunday Times and The Times and sponsored by Zoopla Property Group will once again shine a light on those agencies that represent the very best of the best in our industry.

All the questionnaire submissions will be electronic and your submissions will then be put to the test by the judges through a variety of methods as they seek to prove or disprove your claims. Once again we gratefully look to Christopher Hamer, The Property Ombudsman, to chair the judging panel of industry experts with rigor and fairness.
The entry process remains simple with a 1500 word limit, but we would urge you to take the opportunity now to review your business over the past year in considering what you put forward. The submission deadline is 1st October, but leaving it until the last minute is unlikely to do your entry justice.
The awards ceremony will take place in London on 5th December preceded by EA LIVE seminars in the morning.
