There is still time to be involved with the largest independent Landlord & Tenant Survey, your clients just need to complete online survey at www.homemovingtrends.com
The results in 2013 have confirmed or denied many commonly held beliefs e.g.
- 69% of Landlords would stick with their current tenant over & above a 20% rent increase
- 4% of Landlords chose the agent with the cheapest fee
- 46% of Tenants would not instruct their current letting agent
- 84% of Tenants expect floor plans
This nationwide survey gives letting agents insights into the behaviour and views of those that have recently Let or Rented their home.
We provide a national summary of the results to those agents that participate and subject to a minimum number of 40 responses we will give you a personalised breakdown of your own data. If you can generate a minimum of 100 responses then we will prepare your own individual report comparing your own data against the national average. Later in the year we will also look at regional breakdowns of the data as well.
The stats will help to give you strategy insights, marketing direction and also some great press release content as to why your Landlords chose you, plus because it is carried out independently it carries further weight to consumers.
You just need to distribute the survey link by sending your current and recent Landlords and Tenants an email which directs them to – www.homemovingtrends.com
The survey finishes on June 3rd, so if you are keen to be involved please send out an initial emailer to your Landlords and Tenants and then one or two reminder follow ups. If you would like a copy of an example emailer to send to your clients, please register your interest here.
As an incentive for your Landlords and Tenants to take part, each participant that completes the survey in full will go through to a free prize draw to win £500 worth of M & S vouchers.
