Hello,
I’m Neil from Guy Leonard & Co. in Sussex and I want to tell you about what’s happened to our business since I became a member of a Property Academy Leadership Group.
I was concerned that a small, three-branch business in the country wouldn’t be welcomed or would be out of place in a Leadership Group but in fact it’s the diversity of agencies; from single office companies up to those with 20 or more that’s one of the key benefits. We all learn from each others businesses and they are all so different however one thing we all have in common is our passion to learn and improve and we do this by meeting six times a year and sharing the best ideas that are working well for us.
I believe every agency owner would benefit from being a Leadership Group member and strongly recommend you take up the offer of a free trial meeting.
