Jane Fraser is an inspiration to many people, and should be to many more.
Hailing from St Andrews Scotland, and graduating from both Cambridge and Harvard, today she’s the first female CEO of a major US bank (Citigroup), whose global network enables the movement of the equivalent of Germany’s GDP each day across borders, currencies and asset classes. In addition, under Jane’s leadership, the bank has committed to invest over $1trillion to ESG.
What I often find with incredible leaders of complex businesses is how they have the ability to distill their approach down to a few simple fundamentals – as with Jane’s 3 C’s of Leadership.
