Being held at the Congress Centre in London on Friday 10th October, this event promises to be an inspirational day of learning and networking for property management professionals, which will give delegates real take home value and implementable ideas and initiatives to benefit their businesses.
Recognising Property Management as such an important part of any estate agency business, the seminar is designed for both Property Managers and business owners. Property Management LIVE will showcase the best practice of some of the UK’s leading property management departments. Speakers from multi-award winning agencies, London’s WA Ellis and Newcastle’s Castledene will share their ideas and business practices and discuss how they win instructions and retain clients in two very different markets.
The Property Academy will exclusively reveal key insights from this year’s Landlord and Tenant Survey, and divulge what impact these findings will have on your business. Case studies on best practice will also be shared alongside these statistics and analyses so you can see first hand what other property management departments are doing in order to stay ahead of the competition.
World-class speaker Lynn Leahy will present her session, “Enhancing Emotional Intelligence”.
We all use academic qualifications and career experience as tangible indicators of a person’s potential for success. However current research clearly shows however that emotional intelligence (EQ) is a significantly more accurate predictor of success than IQ. This session will cover emotional intelligence and stress management, communicating ways you can identify, manage and reduce stress levels using powerful and proven models.
Following 2013’s event, one delegate from College and County in Oxfordshire said, “Fantastic, informative and I’m leaving with a notepad full of great ideas.” Another attendee from Foxtons agreed, saying, “Interesting and informative. The day contained a number of ideas with immediate relevance for our team.”
Property Management LIVE 14 attendees will leave this session inspired and armed with numerous ideas that can be put into practice immediately for the good of the business and the delegate themselves.
