Peter Fuller
Joining Romans in 1991, and as Managing Director for Residential Lettings for 17 years, Peter Fuller has been instrumental in overseeing the integration of 29 acquisitions & staff into the Romans branch network. From one lettings branch, they have grown to a network of 27 offices through a combination of opening new offices and acquiring established businesses in their target areas of expansion. Peter Fuller was appointed Director of Mergers & Acquisitions in January of this year.
Peter’s Highlights:
- 2011 won overall Lettings Agency of the Year in association with The Sunday Times and The Times
- 2012 Board member of The Property Ombudsman (actively involved in writing Code of Practice for Letting Agents in UK)
- 2013 involved with the sales of the business to a private equity company

Bob Scarff
Bob Scarff navigated the Estate Agency business at Countrywide plc, the UK’s largest property services group, to success over 37 years. Since his departure in May 2015, he is now working as a self-employed consultant to forward thinking and ambitious Independent Estate Agents throughout the UK. He was recently appointed as a non-executive director of award winning agency butters john bee. He is a Fellow of the National Association of Estate Agents. Bob believes passionately in the importance of staff development, not least because of its impact on customer service.
Peter Knight
Peter Knight is an award winning international speaker and best selling author.
An accomplished writer and publisher, Peter is author of bestseller ‘HEMP’, the ‘Highly Effective Marketing Plan’ published in 2003 by Pearson Education and now available in 11 different languages.
Peter is also actively involved with several charities and is currently Chairman of Agents Giving, the property industry charity and an Ambassador of Velindre Cancer Research.
