We’re releasing a product in January which will be used as a full management system called LettingHQ. To start with, LettingCheck and LettingFix will be the products on it and out start prices will be £49.99 a month (for 100 properties).
However, as we add products the price won’t change. So right now we’re working on TenancyCheck, GasCheck and LettingPic (assists with property photography). The services will share information so there are many benefits to using them together rather than having accounts with several different companies.
