In our 22 years of producing leadership conferences and business events, we have delivered a vast amount of four-i* on the big stage. *Information, Insight, Ideas & Inspiration.

We’ve learned from many incredibly successful business leaders such as Rob Collins of Waitrose, Tamara Lohan of Mr & Mrs Smith, Mike Clare of Dreams, James Caan from Dragons Den and Richard Harpin of £4billion HomeServe; Olympians and Paralympians including Paula Radcliffe, Dame Kelly Holmes, Dame Sarah Storey, Tom Dean, James Cracknell and Sir Matthew Pinsent; sporting legends Jonathan ‘Jiffy’ Davies, Matt Dawson, Gabby Logan, and Sir Clive Woodward; and fascinating individuals including Richard Mullender, the hostage negotiator who dealt with the taliban, Casper Berry the Cambridge economist, turned professional poker player and advisor to James Bond on Casino Royale, acid attack survivor Katie Piper, and John Volanthen who led the rescue of the young Thai footballers who were stuck in flooded caves.

But probably the stand out learnings come from a very special group of people indeed.

Mandy Hickson, Chris Paton, Floyd Woodrow, Rowan Jackson, and Colin Mclachlan might not all be household names, but their achievements in British Military and Special Forces are quite incredible.

Mandy was the first female fighter jet pilot to be under enemy fire. Whilst serving in the Royal Marines Chris was responsible for the extraction of the British forces from Helmand, Afghanistan, reporting directly to the PM. Floyd was a Gold Commander SAS responsible for coordinating all services following the 7 July 2005 London bombings. Rowan’s 20 years in the Royal Marines included leading commando exercises and then serving in the Royal Household following which Queen Elizabeth invested him as Member of the Royal Victorian Order. Colin is perhaps the best known having appeared on many TV programmes about the SAS, including his experiences on missions as diverse as the Stansted airport hijack, Operation Barras in Sierra Leone, as well as seeing action in Northern Ireland, Afghanistan, and Iraq – plus he would be very disappointed if I didn’t mention that he’s also motion capture star in Red Dead Redemption!

Every year we’re asked: “How on earth will you top it at the next event?” – and for this year’s EA Masters, we’re delighted to announce our keynote speaker, former member of SBS, Jason “Foxy” Fox.

Discussing his latest book, ‘Embrace the Chaos’, Foxy will set out a revolutionary programme of personal challenges designed to help you reboot, disrupt your thinking and grow your capabilities.

He will discuss 52 tactics – battle-tested on elite military operations and extreme expeditions – that will enhance your life. Exercises range from micro-adventures and small habit changes to addressing your routine, cleansing your relationships, setting personal goals and learning new skills.

Once again we will deliver special forces lessons, as part of a four hour conference fittingly titled: “Dare to Win” including contributions from some of the most forward thinking and pioneering estate agency leaders.

EA Masters conference only tickets are now available from just £75 each (on a BOGOF deal) here
