The odds of winning the Best Estate Agent Guide award for Sales & Lettings combined are 15,000-1, (there’s only one overall winner and there are 15,000 brands that are automatically entered into the assessment).

So, what are the odds for winning it twice, back to back?

Well, the headline has the answer to that question – an incredible 225,000,000-1.

To put this in context, the chances of winning the lottery, (according to wikipedia), are a mere 13,983,816-1

So does this mean that JDG estate agents in Lancaster are luckier than every lottery winner?

I don’t believe so.

There are three key things JDG do, that massively improve their chances of success:

1. People

John and Michelle Gallagher are very much hands-on business owners. They are totally committed to their business and it’s evident that this is true of their small team who are equally emotionally invested.

2. Systems

It’s identifying the smallest viable audience, truly understanding who they are, what they currently think, feel and do, and then crafting a compelling proposition to exceed their needs, and communicating it in the places they hang out in immediately before or as they need you.
