What if?
During a fascinating conversation with Ben Taylor, (former MD at Countrywide and now boss at Keller Williams UK), we discussed what someone might be capable of if they knew they couldn’t fail. It’s a really interesting question to pose as we look ahead to a new year of possibilities.
Indeed, this is one of several questions you might like to ask yourself in planning for 2019 to be your best year yet – here are some more:
What was your best accomplishment in 2018? What caused it to happen?
What do you wish you’d done in 2018 but didn’t? What was it that held you back?
What things will you do more of next year that have given you great results this year?
What things will you do less of?
What things will you stop doing?
Who did you enjoy spending time with and will make more time for next year?
Who drained your energy and needs to be avoided?
What activities led to you getting the best results?
Which activities were time suckers to be reduced/eliminated?
What was the biggest lesson you learned?
How will you learn more next year?
What would be one thing you would attempt if you could have a guarantee that it would work? (Now plan to do it anyway).
