The 2016 Landlord & Tenant Survey will be addressing the above questions and many, many more. Would you like to take part in this important, independent research?

The survey every year confirms and denies many commonly-held beliefs!

It is completely free to participate and subject to receiving at least 100 responses, you will receive your own survey results vs. the national average. Many agents look forward to taking part every year as it gives them a great overview of how they benchmark against agents from all across the UK. It also gives them indicators in structuring future training for their teams. Rest assured individual agent results are only available to the agent concerned.

The survey is open now until the 29th May, and we always recommend you factor in time to send a couple of emails to your contacts, including reminders to take part. We ask you just to send the survey links to Landlords and Tenants who have engaged with you in the last 12 months so that the results are as up to date as they can be.

The national results, and what this means for you, will be exclusively revealed at Lettings LIVE on the 10th June along with innovative ideas to consider implementing. You can pre-register for your tickets here.
