Every agent I have spoken to this year has been off to a positive start to the year, which is great to hear. Here at Property Academy we have also been particularly busy finalising S&M LIVE taking place on the 25th and 26th February.

Hopefully S&M LIVE has caught your attention as it is shaping up to be a fantastic event with many lessons to be learned. S&M of course stands for Sales and Marketing LIVE (what else?) and the event will cover everything you need to know about digital marketing and how to generate more, and better leads. We will then hear from our expert speakers on how to best convert more of these leads, at higher fees. A really valuable event to be a part of, have you booked your ticket yet?

Danni our membership manager, has reviewed ‘Think and Grow Rich’ by Napolean Hill, which if you have not read, is a must read. Not just for those that want to get rich, but for those that want to get what they desire. ‘The starting point of all achievement, is desire.’ Whatever achievement or success, looks like to you, reading this book will help you on your way to it.

We interviewed speaker, Malcolm Smith. He shares some of the qualities and skills required to be a fantastic negotiator in business. We also interviewed Tony Morris, co-founder of Sales Doctors, who shares his thoughts on what it takes to be a world-class agent having trained many estate agents over the years.
