Introduction from Nicky

Nicky StevensonIt was great fun to interview Chris Croft, he has a fantastic sense of humour which mixed with his engineering background brings an eccentric and up beat perspective to project management. The interview is well worth a watch even if it is just to find out what the SPM is!

Every year we carry out the industry’s largest independent survey – The Home Moving Trends, which has had 5420 responses this year from those selling their property. The full report will be given out to every attendee at EA LIVE tomorrow, but a few findings are highlighted in this months newsletter.

Charlie Perdios of Anthony Pepe has revealed his success with the recent ‘Zero to Hero’ campaign in our Mastermind Member tip of the Month generating £135k. Thank you Charlie for sharing the details with us.

The Property Academy has launched a brand new level of membership which is just £87+VAT per month to be a part of, it includes four live events, two of which are exclusive with Josh Phegan, plus much more designed to help you grow your business and your skillset.

This month’s regular book review feature is on ‘Who Moved My Cheese?’ which is a really quick read and addresses dealing with change through a story.

I look forward to seeing many of you tomorrow at EA LIVE and the Estate Agency of the Year Awards for what will be our biggest and best yet!

We hope that you enjoy this month’s four-i newsletter and welcome any comments that you may have, feel free to get in touch with me directly nicky@propertyacademy.co.uk

Best wishes,
Nicky Stevenson
