10 out of 10 across the board for the World Number One – so he’s coming back!
The beginning of July saw the return of World Number One real estate coach Josh Phegan to the UK.
His timely arrival just after the Brexit vote meant it was very much the hotly debated topic. ‘An opportunity’ Josh explained, ‘this is the time to re-imagine and distinguish yourself from the competition. Great things come from times of change; take the opportunity it brings… now is the time to stand out!’
Property Academy members enjoyed a variety of events with Josh during the week: tailor-made in-house training, a Brexit roundtable debate, Mastermind meetings with leading agency owners and the immensely successful Listing Masterclass event.
Packed full of brand new content, at Listing Masterclass delegates were inspired with the tools and techniques to help them increase their valuation to instruction ratio.
