Phil talks us through what main rules to follow during a negotiation so that you are negotiating rather than discounting. As well as explaining the key techniques to use during a pitch so you fully understand your clients key needs and expectations.


A multiple award-winning professional speaker on the psychology of persuasions and influence, Phil helps people improve their relationships and increase their sales. In 1986 he was the creator, New Business Director and Managing Partner of an advertising agency, Advertising Principles. He sold his interest in the business after 17 consecutive years of growth with the agency billing £48m and employing 150 people. Having spent his entire working life studying and practising influence and persuasion he now speaks on ‘The Psychology of Persuasion’.
