Fixflo Report Survey 2016
It came to light last July that 46% of lettings agents knew of a landlord who had changed letting agency due to a repair related issue.
This information was gleaned from a survey of more than 250 lettings agencies, covering more than 750 branches. The survey’s data culminated in the creation of The 2015 Fixflo Report, supported by the Association of Residential Letting Agents (‘ARLA’). Along with the hundreds of letting agencies polled, data was aggregated and analysed from more than 70,000 repairs in UK properties that had been handled through the Fixflo system in 2015.
The 2015 Fixflo Report showed a marked improvement from the previous year’s survey in repair management by lettings agencies across the UK; however, the revelation that almost half of lettings agencies are losing clients due to poor repair management highlights the imperative that property managers streamline their processes in order to ensure client retention.
The third annual Fixflo Report survey opened June 25, 2016 at 12:00pm and is set to be even larger and more enlightening than the last.
Lettings agents and property managers are encouraged to take part in the survey here https://www.fixflo.com/Rental-Repairs-Survey/2016-Rules.
Valid responses to the survey are entered into a prize draw for a chance to win one of ten £50 Amazon Vouchers, and the survey closes on 29th July at 4pm.
The information garnered from the survey serves to inform lettings processes across the UK, with an aim of increasing efficiency, improving client retention, providing premium customer service, and reducing costs associated with property maintenance.
