Expert Speaker Sessions

We have increased the number of sessions with expert speakers, with each one delivered via webinar and tailored to the specific issues of the current situation to enable leaders to continue to make and implement business critical decisions.

Industry Leaders & Legends

In addition to the speaker sessions, we are running hour-long webinars with industry leaders and legends, who bring the benefit of their knowledge and experience to help our members maintain commercial momentum during the current crisis.

Bi-Monthly Group Meetings

We’ve revised the format to focus on specific issues for more targeted coaching and introduced virtual breakout rooms to allow for more interaction and collaboration between members.

Small Group Coaching Sessions

Open to between 4-8 non-competing members & held every 10 days. Their purpose is to provide a structure for decision making during each stage of the crisis, enable more in-depth conversations, provide motivation, hold each other accountable, ensure that opportunities are maximised and that the business is in better shape after the crisis passes than going into it.

1-1 Consultation

Peter is available to all members providing a sounding board, practical advice and personalised support at a time when they are under pressure to reassure and provide leadership to others.
