Established for almost a decade, the Partnership Group comprises up to 14 non-competing Property Industry suppliers and exists for mutual benefit and business improvement. On 11th September we have invited one of our most popular speakers Rob Whittaker to deliver a  “Sales Management Framework”.

Rob is the founder of Real World Associates Limited, a specialist business development consultancy. He has worked extensively with clients across a wide range of business sectors including banking, accountancy, legal services, healthcare, telecommunications, IT, security and engineering. Before moving into management consultancy, most of Rob’s career was in the financial services sector. He is an Economics Graduate and Chartered Banker who has over 25 years’ experience in selling and managing sales teams providing finance and other services for businesses in a wide range of industry sectors. During his early years with different divisions of major banking groups he was regularly the top sales performer. He also set up from scratch, and managed, a highly successful international export finance operation, and was instrumental in the complete re-engineering of a national sales force including new sales management practices, new forecasting and measurement tools, new selling approaches (within two years sales had more than quadrupled).

Session overview:

This real world, hard edged workshop is designed for CEOs and Board Directors wanting to drive improved sales results; short, medium and long term. At the end of the workshop, participants will take away a set of practical, tried and tested tools, adapted during the workshop to their own commercial environment, which can be used immediately to plan and organise effective sales activity including:

The Partnership Groups are suitable for individuals from companies of all sizes – owners of large companies are inspired by the ideas and innovations being adopted by owners of small companies and vice versa.

What is important, is a common desire to learn and help one another to have a better business. We learn better together and friendships are formed along the way.
