Josh Phegan
Josh Phegan is an internationally renowned speaker, trainer and estate agency coach. He works with some of the best performing real estate agents and agencies in Australia, including Australia’s top 100 agents and top 50 women in real estate. He personally coaches some of the who’s who in the real estate industry – from those just starting out to high-performance agents. His number 1 sales agent writes in excess of $8.75m in fees per annum, with over 196 transactions. Josh works exclusively with the Property Academy in the UK.

Peter Knight
Peter Knight’s career in estate agency started in 1979 when he joined Samuel Rains & Son as a trainee negotiator and quickly progressed to managing his first office at 19. After a few years at Barratt Homes, where he was regional sales director, he returned to agency with Jackson Property Services, first as new homes director and after three years Group Managing Director. Peter was at the helm when this agency rapidly grew to 25 offices and when it was acquired by Halifax. The expansion accelerated, and soon Peter was in charge of over 100 branches but at this point decided to set up his own business – Phoenix. This specialist marketing agency won many awards for campaigns for estate agents and house builders, including the What House Gold Award for best agency three years in succession. At the turn of the century, Peter founded the Estate Agency of the Year Awards in association with the Sunday Times and three years later added The Lettings Agency of the Year Awards. At this time he also created the Property Academy which today works with many of the best estate agents in the UK. In 2017, the Sunday Times awards were retired and a new initiative, the Best Estate Agent Guide was launched at the biggest event in estate agency, the EA Masters. In 2000 Peter co-founded Agents Giving, the industry charity, which last year helped agents raise over £1million for many local and national causes. He is also an Ambassador for Velindre, a charity attached to the NHS which carries out cancer research in addition to treating thousands of patients each year.
